About Me

Hello. I'm Jill Duncalfe.  I'm married with three adult children, and in my spare time love to do pottery, sail in the Hauraki Gulf, and tramp in our beautiful bush and mountains.  I also love to hang out with family and friends,  curl up with a book, spend time daydreaming in the sun,  and potter in my garden.

 

Experience & Qualifications

I've been counselling now for 17 years, and work with individuals, couples, families, young people and children. I also supervise counsellors. Before this, I lectured at WINTEC teaching Interpersonal Communication and Organisational Communication.

Problems I help with

People have come to talk to me about all sorts of problems, including depression, anxiety and panic, relationship issues, disordered eating, stress, sexual abuse, alcohol over-use, feeling stuck and wanting to move on, wanting to understand themselves better, or like themselves more.

Fees

My fee is $110 for a one-hour consultation. In a number of specific circumstances I can help you access funding for the counselling. If my fee prohibits you from working with me, please discuss this with me, as I have limited spaces available for reduced-fee paying clients.
